အိုင္စတိုင္းရဲ႕ဗုဒၶဘာသာအျမင္

(1) If there is any religion that could cope with modern scientific needs, it would be Buddhism.

(၁) ေခတ္သစ္သိပံၸရဲ႕လိုအပ္ခ်က္ေတြနဲ႔ ကိုက္ညီတဲ့ဘာသာတရားတစ္မ်ိဳး ရွိတယ္ဆိုရင္ အဲဒါဗုဒၶဘာသာတရားပဲျဖစ္လိမ့္မယ္။

(2) Buddhism has the characteristics of what would be expected in a cosmic religion for the future.

(၂) အနာဂတ္ကာလမွာ အမ်ားစုလက္ခံႏိုင္တဲ့ ဘာသာတရားတစ္ခုရဲ႕လကၡဏာေတြဟာ ဗုဒၶဘာသာမွာပဲရွိတယ္။

(3) It transcends a personal God, avoids dogmas and theology.

(၃) ဗုဒၶဘာသာဟာ ထာ၀ရဘုရားဆိုတဲ့ပုဂိၢဳလ္ကို လက္မခံဘူး၊ တရားေသ၀ါဒနဲ႔ မ်က္စိမွိတ္ဘာသာေရးယံုၾကည္မႈေတြကို ေရွာင္တယ္။

(4) It covers both the natural and spiritual; and it is based on a religious sense aspiring from the experience of all things, natural and spiritual, as a meaningful unity.

(၄) ဗုဒၶဘာသာမွာ သဘာ၀နဲ႔ ၀ိညာဏႏွစ္မ်ိဳးစလံုးပါ၀င္ၿပီး အဲဒီသဘာ၀ ၀ိညာဏဆိုတဲ့ အေတြ႔အႀကံဳကရလာတဲ့ ဘာသာေရးအသိေပၚမွာ အဓိပၸါယ္ရွိတဲ့သဟဇာတ္တစ္မ်ိဳးအေနနဲ႔ အေျချပဳထားတယ္။
